Forcing yourself to pray, worship, read and walk with God? I would like to point you to a better way to get started.
First of all you have to receive the Gift of the Holy Spirit. Be filled by His presence, it is a free gift available to all that desire to be baptized.
When you receive the gift, the Spirit works in you to help you pray, read, study worship as well as lead guide and talk to you!
Encounters with God and His presence are what gives you, love motive, hunger and desires to draw closer to Him.
The truth is you can sing and shout until you are blue in the face and lost your voice, you can read until your mind cant receive more and you can pray until you are exhausted.
Your life in God is not about doing these works of the flesh to please God. It is not God’s plan to have slaves.
Its God plan and desire for us to build
“As in earth as in heaven.”
Ephesians says,
“We are seated in heavenly places with Christ.”
When we are born again and in the Spirit of God, pray we are praying from victory, praying from heaven down to earth, and not trying to pierce the heavens with our prayers as we are already there.
So many are stuck in need-driven Christianity. Oh God please, please, please.
Instead of walking in faith proving the will and life of God to others, may you get a revelation of your identity today; and your calling and destiny in God.
