God is shuffling the deck multiple new leaders are being raised up to lead the new move of God. People that simply have had enough of the Old.
I had this dream last night were I saw future leaders stepping out from the back into the spotlight – from being under the oppression of the old and confronting the current leader by saying ” We can not build like this. This leading style can not lead us into the future. You can not belittle and talk down members on the body of Christ, members of your own team keeping them from growing maturing and moving forward. If this is your attitude you can not train this team and you need to resign and leave your post. There was an awkward silence as there were board members and multiple leaders in the camp. – but then the old leader turned away and walked out. There was a silence but everybody knew this was the right thing to do and this had to happen to give room for the new.
From there the Teams uniform changed from white and red to Gold. There is coming a Gold era.
I had another dream recently where the Lord took me to a tailor and I was being measured to receive Gold suits.
We are going to see multiple changes in leadership in the body of Christ over the next decade. God is raising up the Apostles with it will come a move of God that moves forward and gains ground.
